How it's Prepared
Whole mutton shoulder with fat on it.
All HMC Lamb is free-range and bought from approved British farms.
Halal hand slaughtered in a HMC approved slaughterhouse.
Refrigerate all fresh products immediately when you receive them. Freeze any frozen items unless you'll be using them on the same day. All fresh meat can be frozen within two days of receiving them.
Tray wrapped hygienically in a temperature controlled facility.
